Any mistake .in connection with the; statement in, Leaflet "7"- is, therefore,:of the most trivial character, and affects merely the : date of issue, and, not in any way, the existence or contents of the "circular '." The circular was published in full in the Queensland Hansard (1910, V 01.106, page 1985) during the . Garland campaign there, and it is scarcely conceivable that Canon Garland can have been unaware of .its .existence oiCcontents. . If the instructions contained in "the-, circular were not still in force, where did Canon Garland get the official statistics (of the denominations to which the children attending the schpols of New South Wales belong), which he published . : in the columns of The Dominion on June 11 last? .'
