After forty years as vergor and clerk at Axminstcr Parish Church, Devon, Mr. J. Moyan has just retired. This post lias been ' filled successively for nearly 200 years by the Moy'an family. Insurances policies have been talien out to'cover liabilities from accidents to children while on Sunday school premises, or at picnics in the United Jlotlodist district at Mansfield.
