After discussion the' following .resolution was proposed by: Mr. A. E.Whyto (Wellington), seconded by Mr. J. E.-Gleadow (rsapier Park) and passed: "That tliis meeting approve, the proposal to alter the present constitution of, the New' Zealand Racing Conference with the object of giring a proportionate direct representation to-all, totaiisator clubs, and that the New Zealand Racing Conference be requested to nominate a.committee to draft tho necessary consequential amendments ■to tlie Rules of and report to the meeting of the conference ; to be held during January, 1915; in Wellington." -.
