Tlie Government hope to establish and maintain under tlio powers of the recent Land Acts a closer supervision of subdiusions of land, of laying out loads,'and of constitution of proper reserves than has obtained in tho past. A Town Planning Bill is now under consideration, and, if timo permits, will bo laid before Parliament'during tho piescnt session." '
