On resuming, after presenting tho Address-in-lleply, tho Hon. H. D. Bell said that he' intended to move tho adjournment of the Council without going on with tho debate on tho second reading of the' Master and Apprentice Amendment Bill. Ho would later reply to some of the remarks mado on the Bill. Tho Council adjourned till Wednesday, July 10.
