A meeting of tho Management Committeo of the Lacrosse Association was held on 'Wednesday night. Mr. P. J. M'fiovern presided. Correspondence was received relative to tho visit of the New South Wales team, which leaves Sydney on August 29. ' The team will play three matches in NeM/#J%ncli.a/if.ffillW—fyWsUington, on September,-. o', y. .Auckland, ,;on' September 8; v. New Zealand,.at Auckland, on September 12. , In regard to tho Wellington-Auckland contest for the Proud Shield, to .be played in Auckland on September 10, Mr. P. J. M'Govern was appointed sole soJpctor of the Wellington team. . It was decided to accept the Rugby League's .invitation to play , a curtainraiser to the England- v. Wellington match, at Newtown Park on July 11. -■ TO-MORROW'S FIXTURES. Fixtures for to-morrow were drawn as under :— Capitol v. Wellington, at No. l'Basin Reserve-; referee, Mr. Lucas. Kelburn v. Columbia, at No. 2 Basin Reserve; referee, Mr. M'Govern. Both games commence at 2.45 p.m. The following games have been drawn for. Saturday :— Capitol v. Wellington, Basin Reserve No. 1; referee, Mr. M'Govern. Columbia v. Kelburn, Basin Reserve No. 2; referee, Mr. Lucas.
