June 28, 5.5 p.m.) Washington, June 27. , Mr- Champ Clark told a deputation of Ilia National Women's Suffrage Association that the suffrage was as inevitable as tho rising sun; for thousands of years men were trying to run the world. Some think they mess of it. Ho lioped when women run it they would improvo it.
