"Tho Times," in an article on tho "Round Tablo" Naval Policy in tlio Pacific, says: "Tho question develops tho argument that'the real danger to Australia is Japan. The Commonwealth is justified in not reposing too much trust in tho Anglo-Japanese Alliance. Tho success of Australian efforts must ultimately depend upon the co-operation of Britain, and tho other Dominions. The real need is money, and that is a question for another Imperial Conference. •
