CHINESE FINANCE. By TcleEi-aph—Prcos Association—Copyright (Rec. June 25, 10.15 p.m.) London, June 25. Dr. G. E. Morrison, ''Times" correspondent at Peking, who has been adviser to the President of tho Chinese Republic since 1912, has arrived in London. He declares that there is plenty of stability in Chineso public life and finances. It is true there is a shortage of money.
