Prospective, buyers of a section ot tho above estate are'advised to call at the office of Abraham and Williams, , Ltd., in Brandon Street, and look, at the various products from the property, which are now on exhibition. These consist of potatoes, oats, carrots, parsnips,, wheat, and ,ai very fine sample of apples. Anyone seeing the different articles grown on the estate should be satisfied as to tho quality of the soil. Not only is the land among the best for cropping in the Dominion, but it is re-markably-well-suited'to dairying; in fact, the dairying industry is in full swing. A well-equipped cheese factory has becii established for nearly threo years. : Tho butter-fat tost for the district has an average of 4.3. The property is only 13 miles from I'ictou, a ruii.of about three-quarters of an hour in thfc launch, ahd'.iiv the course- of about two yearn, it is stated, there will Ij3 a , good motor from Pi'cton.' A'.steamer of several hundred , tons can berth within a few chains'of. tho cheese- i'ao torv, and produce can be shipped to Wellington at a cost of about &s. 6d. •per- ton, and from three to four boats arc available weekly. There are on tho estate, or in close .proximity to it, a public school, liotel, store, post, telephone .and money order office, and two churches. There is also a rery fine cheese on exhibition.at , the office of. the auctioneers, which c'omesfroni the Link'water Dale C'o-operative Cheese Factory. This property has been subdivided into farms averaging from 20 to 00 acres, and the- terms are all that the smallest capitalist could expect. ..The sale, is'to take placo at the Chamber of Cunmerce, Customhouse Quay, on Wednesday, July 1, at 2 o'clock.
