BINT ON HOSPITAL CHARGES, Tho Onslow Borough Cwtieil met last evening, tho Mayor (Mr. 0. C, Crump) presiding. Councillors 11. A. Nicol, A. M. Moby, K. C. Alxlsfsow, B. Lj-niMsuerg, J, C. Gardner, h. A-. Browne, arid C, Monro, were also present. _ Councillor Heby moved that the council be supplied with, a statement in regard to tnicollected aatcraiits charged to patients treated at the Wellington. Hospital daring the year ended itearch 81, iii.M:, and. also to iifqiiiro whether the' Hospital Board intends to enforce the payment »-f outstanding amounts. The mover stated that tho council had no -olio on the board who could listen to tho council's complaint!-., and so, every year, the borough's contribution, was inwea.sed and.nothing was done- Ho thought that it was high time- that the) council took some action iii the matter, I Councillor Nteol seconded the motion which was carried without further coin- j Blent.
