Tho special meeting will also consider tho following notice of motion bv Mr. E.'Short:—That finlo 43 bo amendrd to read as follows:—"All registered ewes sold, except tlioso already tattooed N.Z.R.M. by inspectors appointed by the association, must be inspected, reported upon and approved by tho council before transfers are recorded in tho Flock Book, and tho cost of such inspection ho borno by the vendor."
