Perrv, all of whom aro eligiblo for ro-eloction.'" A-special general meeting of members ■will .bo held at , the'close of the annual niceting, for tho purpose of adopting us rules of the association, resolutions passed at tho hist annual meeting, as follow :—Rulo '34 to read: "At general meoting-s'of tho association twenty members;.ehall form a quorum." The following to bo added to Rulo 48: "That on and aftor tho- Ist day of January, 391.5; airsheaflihg' '. ewes..shall/be inspected each 'year during tho'v months of January, February, and March, and all owes so passed shall bear tho association's tattoo mark N.Z.H.M, and be accepted for entry in tho Flock Book. That the council bo instructed to hold over .tho returns of ewo lambs from tho Flock Book until they havo boon passod by tho inspectors appointed by tho council. In tho event of a aalo taking placo "joforo thoy aro shoarlings, the council to havo tho ewe lambs passed and tattooed." Tho special meeting will also consider tho following notice of motion bv Mr. E.'Short:—That finlo 43 bo amendrd to read as follows:—"All registered ewes sold, except tlioso already tattooed N.Z.R.M. by inspectors appointed by the association, must be inspected, reported upon and approved by tho council before transfers are recorded in tho Flock Book, and tho cost of such inspection ho borno by the vendor."
