Judge Esporanza, President of the Now Hebridean Joint Court of Justice, attended tho Anglo-French Conference, which Sir Edward Grey (British Foreign Minister) opened. Sir Edward Grey welcomed tho French delegates, and M. Pioanon replied. Tho sitting was principally occupied with questions of procedure.
