Lord Emmott (TJnder-Secrotary of State for tho Colonies) presided at tho Anglo-French Conference on the New Hebrides question. Tho proceedings, Which are being conducted at the Foreign Office, are private. (Reo. Juno 11, 10.40 p.m.) London, June 11. Judge Esporanza, President of the Now Hebridean Joint Court of Justice, attended tho Anglo-French Conference, which Sir Edward Grey (British Foreign Minister) opened. Sir Edward Grey welcomed tho French delegates, and M. Pioanon replied. Tho sitting was principally occupied with questions of procedure.
