Drastic precautions are being taken to prevent the recurrence of such a scene at to-night's Court.- . The names of the disturbers of tho Court at Buckingham Palaco aro Mary and' Eleanor Blomfield, daughters of tho late Sir Arthur Blonifiold, and granddaughters of a former Bishop of London.
