THE RECENT <MPS. REPORT M COMMANDANT- \ . The following report upon the Territorial camps recently held throughout New Zealand has been furnished by Major-General Godley (Commandant of tho Dominion Faroes") to tlio Hon. jas. For tlio first time in tlio history of the citizen army all tho troops- in each district, With tho exception of the Garrison Artillery, which camped separately, luivo been assembled in one camp and have thus been, enabled to carry out operations in which horse, foot, and artillery were- combined.
