OVER-ZEALOUS GENDARME. Berlin, Juno 3. Mr. Mackenzie, a Johannesburg builder, has been arrested on a charge of espionage near Dortmund, but was immediately released. A gendarme explained that he had arrested Mr. Mackenzie, suspecting him of espionage because he was a Briton.
