An enjoyable. concert, was provided to a crowded, audience, by Mrs, C'laridgo at the Sailors' Frie.nd SiKfiety last evenW.S-, Mi. James Moore. missioner, occupied the cliair. The following contributed vocal and elocutionary items:— Mrs. Chiritlc;*, Misses Ratten, Denby, Fenny, Millward, Robinson, Parkin, Messrs, Milhard. Hann (us. Rimn. taka). and Ijines. Mrs. D. Clnridiie played tho accompaniments, Tin: audience- sang several popular choruses. Mr. Innes playing the accompaniments', and a conundrum compeiition, which caused a good deal of amusement, iva-s won by sailors. A vote of tluinks was accorded ibe performers at the conclusion of this concert-. ,
