Recently transferred to Auck. land to the position of Bogirtrar of tlio Tqkerau Native Land Court. Severely injured internally. Succumbed in Hospitals Hamilton at 3.30 p.m. ; THE INJURED. Mr. John Swinson, of Lower Hutt, Wellington. Manager in Wellingtoirfor Messrs. Chandler and Co. Right thigh. fractured, extensive' bruising. -"Making favourable progress.
