Tho special correspondent of tho "Daily Telegraph", at Durazzo states that Prince- William of Wied (ruler of Albania) acted upon the advieo of tho Italian and Austrian Ministers when he left tho capital during the recent troubles and boarded a warship, and contrary to tho exhortations of tho Inter- , national Commission.
