Prince William's former medical adviser declares that tho crisis was the outcome of a quarrel between Essad Pasha and Major Schleuso (Commandant at Durazzo). Tho Prince, under the Austrian Ministers' threat to withdraw the Austiian warship, supported Major Schleuse. Essad Pasha consented to withdraw upon receipt of a largo cheque. (Press Association.) The rebels at Kavaja have expelled the Government officials, and hoisted the Turkish flag, and proclaimed Essad Pasha. Prince William visited tho outposts, arid later rode> to Schiak to confer with the insurgents. Tho Austrian squadron, including two Dreadnoughts, is proceeding to • Durrazzo. .
