SENSATIONAL ARREST OF FRENCH AVIATOR. By Telecrauh— Press Association—CoDyTieht Paris, May, 25. A sensation has been caused vy the arrest of M. Clement Bayard, tho aviator and airship designer, and two companions near Cologne on Friday last oa a' charge- of espionage. They wero inprisoned in a common cell for thirt(y-six hours. ■ They are accused of witnessing the landing cf a Zeppelin airship from a considerable distance, though they had procured German permits. ,
