An ushor stated that Richards, for about an hour;' persistently interrupted tho speakers. Richards had to be forcibly ejected. .Counsel for defendant stated ho was now in Gisborne, and unable to attend tho Court on account of tho mauling which ho had received. Defendant was' fined 205., and costs. .
