HAMEL'S DARING ATTEMPT. By Telegraph—Press Association-Copyright London, May 21. M. Gustav Hamcl, the French aviator, who is preparing to mako a nonstop fly across the Atlantic at the end of July, utilising a specially adapted Mnrtiusydo monoplano of 200 horsepower, which will maintain a speed of 80 miles an hour, has decided to start from Belle Isle, Newfoundland, and land iiv Ireland. , Mr. Harold Forster, a Melbournian, and an officer, of tho Atlantic Trans-,, port Company, will accompany him as navigator.
