News has been received by cablegram at Auckland of tho death of Mrs. J. F. Logan, at her residence in Sutton, Surrey. For several years a resident of Devonport, tho late .Mrs. Logan had for the last 18 years lived in England. Her activities in Sutton, which included work among tho poor, brought her in contact with n largo number of people, and her circle of friends was wide. Mrs. Logan is survived by one daughter. Her brother, Mr. C. A. Brown, is a director of the firm of Macky, Logan, and Caldwell, Ltd. Throughout tlio Dominion we are represented.
