Forecast.—Present indications ate for variable) and strong breezes, cfeattgitjg to increasing southerlies everywhere shortly. Expect changeable weather, cold, j stormy, l and showery conditions, with snow on higher levels in the south; barometer, lolling tendency, but likely to rise fast by to-morfow evening. Summary.—The barometer has fallen,' steadily in the south, and is olso still low in the north. The westerly low in ttto south lias modified the condition in the rear of the cyclone off E<ist Cape, the winds decreasing, and the Weather inipi-oS ! - 1 ing to-day. D. 0.
