'Hie president said tliat it was very gratifying to learn that a nmnher J delegates nad already been appointed to attend the proposed conference. ~Evi* deiitly the matter was being taken no wuhentlmsiasm m differcht .provincial justnets. Probably it would be found, suitable to , appoint a date shortly after the opening of Parliament.
