BULLION ROBBERS FOILED
DARING ATTEMPT AT BRINDISI. liy Talosrauh—Press Association—Copyright (Rec. May 18, 11.15 p.m.) Rome, May IS. ' A daring attempt at a bullion robbery was frustrated at Brindisi. The steamer Helouan had transferred to the Custom Houso one hundred packages containing 1J million sterling, consigned from Alexandria to London. Tho robbers entered tlio Custom House, but were foiled. One of them was arrested.
