Ono of the men, James Ferguson, was carried out of the building boforo it was gutted, •but it was found that he had succumbed. Deceased came from South Westland to * attend tho recent jubilee celebrations. . He was a single man, 72 years of age, mid loaves no -relatives hi the Dominion. '■".
