Sir Robertson Nieoll, M.A., editor of the "British Weekly," in an article in his paper, says that the Nonconformists demand a renewal of Ulster's option of exclusion at the end of six years. This would give the Nationalists a chance in a thousand regarding Ulster, whereas the shadow of coercion would provoke fiercer hostility. DigSAfISFJEO LIBERALS, INTERVIEW WITH ME. ASQUITH. (Ree. Tito ''Daily Ohromele" (Liberal) says that it is not likely thai the amending JBill will bo introduced before * June 10. There is reason to believe, it adds, that the Bill will he strictly limited in scope, and will not present anything like a broad front for criticism or attack. The Bill will probably take power to appoint a Commission to draft a scheme- for the ' administration of the excluded areas.
