SHEARERS IN CONFERENCE | ■ ' . b Tho following is the -supplied report of Tuesday's sitting of tho Shearers' Union Conference: — Tho' president (Mr. J. W. Cooper), who had. been elected unopposed, said lie had much pleasure in thanking members for tho honour conferred on liiin J| asaiii, and in congratulating them on ( tiio nourishing condition of the associa- 1 tion.
