Tlie International Women's Congress , has unanimously re-elected Lady -Aberdeen president foi' the nest live years, and Mrs. Henry Dobson, of Tasmania, was elected vice-president. The American Government has been invited to initiate an international conference to discuss measures for tho protection of emigrants.
