APRIL RETURNS. The Department of Agriculture advise that tho total number of Lnies of hemp graded at tho ports of the Dominion during April was 10,143. As compared with 11? 620 lor tie cGffespttnding month last year, this is a decrease of 84?7 hales, For the twelve months emled April 30j KII4, the siiMJiber of bales graded was 1:81,77", <is compared with 129,933 for the previous twelve months, the increase being 21,770 bales.
