PRIME MINISTER'S RESOLUTION. By TeUgranh—Press Awwiatlon—Oopyrlcrht London, May 5. The resolution moved by the Prime Minister (Mr. Asquith) regarding "blocking motions" was unanimously ngreed to by tho House of Commons. The resolution proposed that in determining whether a •discussion was out of order on the grounds of anticipation, the Speaker might consider the probability of tho matter anticipated coming before tho Housa within a reasonable tiruo.
