Thirty-eight f delegates and their wives were given a :1 civic reception on Saturday evening. Tho e Mayor welcomed tho delegates, who e were introduced bv Bro. D. G. Thompa son, I'rov. G.M.; Bro. J. Clark, G.M.; " Bro. J. Smith, D.G.M.; Bro. J. KerS bliiuv, C.S.; and Bro. T. Bamber, " P.P.G.M. The delegates were aftert- wards entertained at supper.
