Conditions from thero to Melbourne were, however, much better, but when attempting to leave the latter port on April 10 (Good Friday) the vessel was [•aught in the river by bad weather and driven on the wharf, and in the resulting collision her rudder was bent.. The rough weather prevented the voyago bcinE continued until next day The Nerehana was placed in dock at Sydney, and it was found that beyond tho bendinp of the rudder no damage was sustained in the collision. Tho vessel left Sydney on Hatur day morning, and after clearing the Head/ 1 mot strong southerly winds and a very heavy swell, which mado her roll oo'netderably. As she progressed the weather moderated, but on rounding the North Caps on Tuesday head winds and rough seas wero encountered, which again delayed tho Ncrehana's progress.
