Demonbel, an ek-Ambassador and liorse-owfier, is-suing tho stewards of tho Society for Encouraging Horseracing for £10,000 for disqualifying Bcndon Roso, the winner of the Two Thousand Guineas at Maisons Lafitte in September, 1912, on tho ground that ho doped tlio horse.

M. Demonbel alleges that the experts' analysis of the horse's saliva was faulty.
