COLLECTIONS TO-DAY. To-day is "Ambulance Saturday." The festival is not on any calendars, but the friends of the St. John Ambulance Association in 'Wellington will contrive to make passers-by in the streets aware that, it is a festival which they are expected to observe. The headquarters of the collecting organisation for the day is No. 1 Committee Room at the Town Hall. ■
