DESTROYER PATROLS. OFF THE ULSTER COAST. London, April 30. Eighteen destroyers aro patrolling the Ulster coast. Volunteers at. Larue cheered and satig the Naiuinn! Anthem, and the sailors returned the elicdrs. Tlio people of Bangor displayed flags in honour of tiio warships' visit, and asked the commander to give the usual searchlight display for the public amusement.
