This being a broad hint, that ho had no desiro to stop it, othel' memb«rs drew out cigars and cigarettes and began to smoke them. Insensibly, the rules against smoking are being relaxed, Of late members have been eeen smoking in tho lobbies and the corridors of the House the moment the- Ro.use has risen. - •
