The Australians' Visit. The first visit- to Now Zealand of an Australian team under the new agreement 'eventuated during the past season. Nino matches .were played, tho results being as follow: —Australia 13, Auckland 15; Australia 11, Taranaki 0: Australia C, Wangnnni 11 : Australia 5, New Zealand 80; Australia S, Southland 13; Australia 13, New -Zealand 25; Australia 16,-South Canterbury 3; Australia Hi, New Zealand 5; Australia 30, Marlborouph 3.' Australia won i and lost 5, scoring 118 points against 114. Other Matters, The annual match, North v. South Island, was played at Ohnsichure'h on July 20, 1913. It resulted as follows: South Island 25, North Island 0. Thirteen of these matches have now been played, tho North Island representatives having won 7 and tho South Island 5, one gomo being drown. In accordance with a resolution passed at Inst annual meeting there were no tours of country teams during the season, The Wellingtoiij'Povcrty Bay,'and Taranaki Unions played Auckland for tho Hanfitrly Shield.
