The United States Postmaster-General is considering the adoption of a. new form of postcard, which will show not only the street address of the recipient, but his telephone number also. Upon its arrival at tho destination, a clerk would immediately call up tho telephone number, and ask for the person to whom the card is addressed, and read tho message, after which tho card would ho delivered in the usual way. Tho card would bear a special stamp, costing fivo cents, and would havo preference over other firstclass mail matter in the samo manner the special-delivery letters do now, A reply postcard would be ten cents, >
