Sir Rupert Clarke's expedition to Papua leaves by tho steamer Van Cloon on Saturday next, with tho object of discovering tho source of tho Fly River, the largest river in New Guinea, which has already been navigated for a distance of 600 miles. Tho expedition takes specially-constructed 40-feet river launches.
