Last evening Mr, H. Baldwin, who is a candidate for the IJntt Mayoralty was accorded a. good hearing at tho Alieetowii Congregational Schoolroom, There was a fair audience. Mr. Baldwin received a vote of thanks at the conclusion. At the Knox Presbyterian Schoolroom last evening Dr. Purdy addressed a fair audience, and Was also accorded a vote of thanks. To-night Dr. Partly will speak at the King George Hall, L'jwcr IJntt. and Mr. H. Baldwin at St. James's Hall,
