Tbo annual meeting of the Hutt Valley Gun Club Was held at the l ? aijiily Ildtol on Wednesday night, when there was a fair attendance, Tho president, Mr. S. Seott, occupied the chair, and congratulated members on the success attending the club's working during the past yoar. The report aad balance-sheet were adopted, and officers for the ensuing year were elected as follows Mr. A. Gadsby; president and treasurer, Mr. S. Seott; vice-presidents, Messrs. T. C. Dawson, G. M. Williams, and 8. V. Burridgo; hen. secretary. Mr. J. Seholfis; committee, Messrs. J. BrsseH, S. Edwardß, F'. Gadshy, W. Tulloeh, E. Flux, W. Meager, aud A. Seott, Trophies won durirrjg tho year were presented to tho following :—Me-ssrs. S. Seott, W. . M«ager,. J. Selrolcs, S. Edwards, A. Seott and J, Brasell.
