Association in reference to the disqualification, of an exhibitor.—The matter was held over until information is 'received from the Holstein Brooders' Association. / The report of tho security of the Ground Committee was read. It w*s announced that Mr. C. A. Wall, of Upper Opaki, had offered somo Prince of Wales feather ferns for planting in the grounds. The offer was accepted, and Mr. C. Bannister was requested to attend to tho matter.- The caretaker'* report was read. It' was decided that, tho Ground Committee visit tho grounds on Wednesday next.

Reports of special- meetings of the Ground Committee, Luncheon Committee,, Bam Fair Committee, and Finance Committee ■ were read.-, The- proposals of the Ram Fair Committee were held over:for.discussion until next mooting.

The Finance. Committee's report showed receipts for the month amounting to £'276 : 135., and expenditure £1492 ss.
