Uolliucs and Pragnell, .trustees in the estate of the .Into Mr. W. M'Tjaren-stat-, ing that under the will of the deceased «. sum of £25 was left to tho association as a lejjacv.. On the motion of Mi., J. Morris, the legacy was acknowledged with.tliaiiVs/'antl a. votft of condolence was; passed 'to the relatives of the de-, ceased. . , .■, ■■ Mr. f. Armstrong, one of thejudges at the recent show, returned his judge s expenses as a flonatiou to the funds, and Mr. Richard ; Revm>lds, another of the judges, made a donation of £1 Is. to the funds.—Both of these gentlemen'wero accorded thanks-. . Further correspondence was read frora the secretary of the Pahiatua A. _«nd P. Association in reference to the disqualification, of an exhibitor.—The matter was held over until information is 'received from the Holstein Brooders' Association. / The report of tho security of the Ground Committee was read. It w*s announced that Mr. C. A. Wall, of Upper Opaki, had offered somo Prince of Wales feather ferns for planting in the grounds. The offer was accepted, and Mr. C. Bannister was requested to attend to tho matter.- The caretaker'* report was read. It' was decided that, tho Ground Committee visit tho grounds on Wednesday next.

Reports of special- meetings of the Ground Committee, Luncheon Committee,, Bam Fair Committee, and Finance Committee ■ were read.-, The- proposals of the Ram Fair Committee were held over:for.discussion until next mooting.

The Finance. Committee's report showed receipts for the month amounting to £'276 : 135., and expenditure £1492 ss. The credit balance at dato was shown to be £0) 16s. 3d'i The.treasurer reported that there were outstanding receipts amounting to £492 ■' 1 Is.
