DON CAESAR WINS BIG. RACE.. (By Tolegrapli.—Presa Association.) wv lJ Christchurch, April 18. ■ Ihe weather was gloriously fine for the conoluding day of the New Zealand Metropolitan Trotting Club's Easter- Meeting, find there, was a largo attendance. . The totalisatop investments for the day wero .£32,199, as compared with .£26,147 for the corresponding day last year. The total' ior the two days was ,£59,220 10s., as ngainst .£47,557 last year. Hounding tho turn to tho straight Don Caesar wont to tho front, with St. Swithin second, and Adonis coming fast.
