RUSTICS ENGAGE IN SANGUINARY BATTLE. By Telegraph-Press Association-Copyright Rome, April 17. Owing to a feud over pasturages, the mountain population of Umito and Valecchia fought with rakes, scythes, guns, and axes for two hours. Ono farmer was decapitated, and another battered to death. Fifty others were wounded. A forco of infantry quelled the disturbance.
