BRUSSELS PEOPLE ALARMED AT, EXPORT PROHIBITION. ,By Telegraph—Press Association—Oopyrieht Brussels, April 16. The Bill .introduced in the British House of Cdinnlbn's; by, W. H. Walker, and read a'second'time, prohibiting the exportation of worn-out horses' to other countries, has led to petitions beipg presented to the" Belgian "authorities. It is urged, that 'the Bill, if passed, .will seriously' affect' tfio' poor. Tho latter can only afford to buy horseflesh. Twenty-sis thousand seven hundred and fifty horses were consumed in 1013.
