At the April meeting of the Wanganui branch of the Women's Christian Temperance Union a resolution reaflirmiiiK tho support given by thi9 branch to tho Bible-in-Stato Schools League was carried unanimously. The Wnnganui branch was the first of the many branches which last year passed resolutions dissenting from the action of tho W.C.T.U.
