In the morning the weather was very warm with a strong wind, keeping tho scores high. Among? tlio players who met with this misfortune was Miss Wright, tho young Timaru elaycfj who went round in 86, making her net score 78.
The feature of tho d.ay was the brilliant farm shown by Miss Pcarce, the Wellington crack lady golfer.
